Anita Worden’s father moved their family from India, England and Algeria, finally to the United States for his children’s education.

At MIT, Worden saw her future husband driving a solar racing car and the idea for Solectria Renewables, LLC, now Yaskawa – Solectria Solar, was formed. She is extraordinarily grateful for the education she received in the U.S. and hopes that her children will appreciate that same tremendous opportunity.

Yasakawa – Solectria Solar was recently named one of the 2015 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts.
