Jason Interiano shares his family’s story. Born in El Salvador, Elias and Juana Interiano opened their first branch of El Potro Mexican Bar & Grill in Somerville in 2006 to offer an authentic taste of Mexico. They have since opened locations in Malden, Lowell, and Chelsea.
